Hello there! I am Roxanne.
Things to know about me:
Good afternoon! What is new in the hood my lovelies?
How are you all enjoying this superb and beautiful weather? It’s striking and makes me utterly happy. I wore shorts and a t-shirt on the weekend! Not sure why I shared that, but hay ho.
So less than 3 weeks till you’ll be seeing less of me and more of Winston (Red Setter Pup). He is going to replace me as I feel he will 1) be better to look at and 2) go viral.
Haha ( well I don’t think I’ve ever started a post with that before). I’m just laughing at the title, do people understand that? I know when it comes to listening and talking to me, it takes someone that has known me for a long time to understand my jibber jabber; now it’s coming out in my writing!! So let’s hope you understand the rest of this post.
Hello lovely beautiful people!! How are we all??
So as you’ll see from the video I decided to chop my chair and stop growing my sides and back!! I don’t know why I ever thought it was going to look good, but hay ho we all make those mistakes in life don’t we?
As my biggest passion is weddings the design behind a wedding I’m just as passionate about as it’s how the wedding is brought to life. Not only do you need creativity you also need passion for you to make the design work!!
Bonjour!! Ha, I really don’t know why I keep saying bonjour recently, though I kinda like it!! Gives me an edge; what do you think? Am I being utterly delirious or is it kinda cool?
Anyway, on with the new 5 Reasons… Though I’ll like to apologise for my hair, I’m trying to grow it, but it’s not working :-).
I love planning a wedding (obviously) and I’m sure you all will too, because behind all the stress and drama there is the beautiful design of the day, what shall I base my wedding on? Where can I get this? And what shall I do with it?
What’s up with this weather? One minute its warm next minute its freezing! Yesterday I was outside in sunnies and today I’m inside with a jumper with the heating on! Isn’t that mental?
Anyway, enough of me rambling I’m back today with another 5 Reasons video and it’s about why to base your wedding on a theme or style.
Hello everyone, I’m back with a new colour palette and this time it’s with Aubergines and Black Grapes, in other terms, dark purples, also known as eggplant (so many names).
This colour can be associated with different meanings, making it such a versatile choice for any wedding.
Some call the colour royalty which will make your wedding chic and classic, where some call it gothic making it dark and mysterious. All reasons will work with that individual and you should not be afraid to use it, even if you think it resembles the opposite meaning to what you want!
It all comes down to how you create it, and how you use it for your big day.
I love this colour as it’s warm and rich.
Take a look at my design board using dark purples, known to me as aubergines and black grapes.
As always I’ll like to thank the following for the inspiration.
See more of my inspiration on my Pinterest board – Aubergines and Black Grapes.
Catch you all soon.
Afternoon everyone, how are you all today?
An organised wedding is a perfect affair which we know and love, an unorganised wedding is a bad affair!! It’s quite simple for yours to go down the unorganised route; the reason could be something big or even small which will put your beloved day in the unorganised team! Not good I say.
Creating a table plan for your wedding guests will put you in the organised team as it will save time and keep formality at your wedding. I know a lot of you hate traditional weddings, but think if you didn’t have this it would result into been quite manic and guests slopping down anywhere:-/, not my idea of organised. It also helps all staff, suppliers, caterers and planners helping to plan/create your wedding.
Creating a table plan is fun as you can put your own spec on it, like it could be a tree.

Hello lovely amazing people. How are thee today?
Wedding fact sheets are traditionally used when you send out your invitations as they give more information about the day and what guests can expect will happen or what they need to get organised before the date, if it’s accommodation travel, what to do with children etc. The main aim for wedding fact sheets are to stop guests asking repeated questions as they will have everything they need on the sheets.
This 5 Reasons is to show you why their important and worth thinking about.
I’ll be back soon to give you more useful facts on wedding related subjects. Until next time.

Hello my lovelies.
Sadly this will be the last upload on my series abroad in Cyprus!
I was saving this to last as it’s my all-time favourite Church in Cyprus and maybe one of my favourites I have ever entered, purely because of the outstanding design, character and history of this vintage/rustic Church.
On this 5 Reasons we will go round the Church and speak on why it’s such a perfect wedding venue in Paphos/Cyprus.
Sadly that’s the end of the location videos to Cyprus, but never fear; it’s not the end of these great videos. I believe I’m developing and understanding myself a lot more, so be prepared for better and bigger vblogs!!
See you all soon,

Hello, hello my lovely beautiful people. How was your weekend?
I had a super one (super for 3 reasons, super 80’s themed party, super partner and super Mario!!)
Today’s 5 Reasons is talking about the beautiful St.Georges Chapel in Paphos/Cyprus and the 5 Reasons why it would make a perfect wedding ceremony venue.
As promised because I was not able to go inside, here is a collage of photos of what it looks like inside this attractive modernised chapel. The beautiful couple are Rebecca and Steven Burt – Wedded last June.
So there we have it, a new 5 Reasons on yet another stunning venue on the island of love.
Speak again soon on the last and final video from Cyprus – Ayia Kyriaki Church.
Love and best wishes,
Matthew Oliver xx
