I fell into the world of events by accident at 17 years old, when I looked to fund my gap year travels to Australia. Very quickly, I found my love for weddings and set my goal to be a wedding planner in the future. The first 6 years of my career was spent at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, where I ended up managing the Banqueting Team. During this time I saw some very memorable weddings and events, and I fell completely in love with being a part of people’s special day. I am so excited to now be in my dream role with the Matthew Oliver Team.
Food and beverage is a massive passion of mine. Whether I am exploring new city hotspots, or just cooking at home for my friends, trying out new dishes will always be my favourite past time. During my time off, you will find me with a spicy margarita in hand. Did you know that coriander is the secret ingredient to a perfect glass? Planning the wedding meal is such a key part of the process. I love discussing ideas to bring menu dreams to reality, the sky really is the limit!
While I can’t say that all of my food and drink choices are healthy, keeping fit is very important to me. Before our office day begins, you will sometimes catch Matthew and I running along the River Avon with Rupert. Rupert likes to put us through our paces, to make sure we are up to the challenge of wedding days.
